We are always entitled to change the prices of coins, spotlights and premium subscriptions without prior notification. However, price changes do not affect transactions and subscriptions already effected.

Refund/right of withdrawal

You may withdraw a transaction pertaining to coin packages, spotlights or a premium subscription without giving any reason up to 14 days after its formation. To the extent that a purchased coin package or spotlight is used within the referred to reflection period, the right of dissolution lapses. You are therefore only eligible for a refund of coins or spotlights purchased by you and not yet used.
